How the SOS button works
The Bion watch features a dedicated SOS button with a heart symbol. When your loved one needs assistance, they can press the button to trigger an alert to their connected family member.
What happens when SOS is activated
When the SOS button is activated, Bion sends an alert through the connected system so family members can respond and check what is happening.
What to know
The SOS feature requires the watch to be functioning and connected to the Bion service for alerts to be delivered. Family members should not rely on the watch as a replacement for emergency services. If immediate medical or emergency assistance is needed, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
